Loose Cannons Media LLC Terms & Conditions

Upon payment of selection, the buyers and travelers agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. For additional terms Please refer to the specific product for each of these events for additional terms and conditions.

Loose Cannons Travel Krewe, LooseCannonsTravel.com and sponsoring representative(s) (collectively known from here forward as “LC MED LLC”) are acting solely as agents. LC MED LLC is responsible for making the arrangements for accommodations, services and event tickets that constitute the travel package, except to the extent that those accommodations, services or event tickets cannot be supplied or become no longer available for reasons beyond control.

LC MED LLC shall not be liable, for any personal injury, property damage, inconvenience, loss of time, or any other loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of any act, omission or negligence of any direct air carrier, motor coach company, hotel or any other person rendering any service or providing any accommodation or event in conjunction with the travel package. LC MED LLC shall not be liable, for any injury, loss or damage, direct or indirect, sustained as a result of theft, accident, mechanical breakdown, government action, weather, act of God, failure to make timely payments, or any other reason beyond LC MED LLC’s control.

Cancellations and Refunds
LC MED LLC requires written notification of cancellation from the traveler. If choosing any “payment plan” options, Cancellation notifications received after 1st payment is due are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of payment. Cancellations received 2nd payment is due, are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of amount of package. Cancellations made after 3rd payment is due are 100% NON Refundable.

All travel documents, if issued, must be returned to LC MED LLC prior to any refund being issued. Refunds shall not be given for unused travel services or any portion thereof.

If cancellation by one or more travelers alters the room requirements of the remaining travelers, travelers still traveling may be required to pay a revised rate.

Unless otherwise stated in the purchase order or for PAID IN FULL PACKAGES, any cancellations within 60 days before day of check-in for event, for any package, will be charged the full price as cancellation amount, and reservations are 100% non-refundable.

Cancellations within 61-90 days before day of check-in for event, for any package, will only be 50% Refundable,

Cancellations within 91-100 days before day of check-in for event, for any package, will only be 75% Refundable.

PRIOR TO 100 days , Payments are fully Refundable. (7-10 business days after refund is requested for normal processing) If we can not refund back to CC used for purchase we reserve the right to choose to Zelle pay or mail you a business check as a form of refund.

Name changes are allowed up to 15 days before said road event, 10 days before home event. Any payments made involving game tickets that are cancelled, the buyer will not be entitled to said game tickets and they will be resold at the discretion of LC MED LLC (any payment plan payments that are more than 14 calendar days past due will be charged 50.00 late processing fee).

We will make reasonable consideration for personal emergencies. We recommend that you consider purchasing 3rd party tour or travel cancellation insurance.

Exceptions to this policy where is cancellation cannot be made for reasons, including weather, acts of God, terrorism, civil unrest.

Changes to Booking
Any changes within 60 days of the event check-in are subject to 100.00 change charge. Any changes to traveler’s booking requested more than 60 days prior to event date are subject to a $50 administration fee per change made. . Re-sale of all LC MED LLC packages is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of LC MED LLC. Permitted re-sales are subject to a 10% transfer and changes fee based on the original purchase price of the package. Upgrades to offered packages will become avail to offer from LC MED LLC if and when they are avail. Any upgrades on tickets or special requests will require immediate payment in full and will not be refundable.

Documentation and Personal Identification

It is the responsibility of each individual traveler to obtain the documentation required for their trip such as passports, visas, birth certificates and photo identification.

Hotel Accommodations
Traveler agrees to be responsible for all incidental charges incurred in excess of those covered by the package. Incidental charges can include food, beverages, telephone use, internet use, parking fees, and other hotel charges. Also each traveler is self responsible for any damages to hotel or event property. All hotels require a credit card or deposit for incidental charges at time of check-in, in the guests name. Hotels expect departing guests to vacate rooms by 12 noon and arriving guests to check-in later than 3pm, (Unless prior negotiation) to allow for cleaning and maid service. Host hotels do their best to minimize inconvenience and store luggage if you arrive early or need to depart late. LC MED LLC reserves the right to substitute confirmed hotels with comparable accommodations at either their own or the hotel’s discretion. Accommodations are subject to availability. Names of travelers staying in the Hotel must be provided to LC MED LLC 30 days prior to travel. Late names, or name changes, that occur inside 30 days of travel will be charged a $25.00/room fee. Late names, or name changes, that occur inside 14 days of travel will be charged a $40.00/room fee.

Tickets
Unless stated otherwise, LC MED LLC is not and does not hold itself out to be the official ticket box office for the events in any travel package. Upon payment of the deposit or in full at time of selection, traveler acknowledges that LC MED LLC often pays a premium to obtain tickets to sold out events and to arrange fan sections at games and events and that LC MED LLC accesses tickets from a variety of sources that may or may not include the official ticket sales channel and secondary ticket market sources. Traveler hereby gives permission to LC MED LLC to use its best judgment and experience and all available ticket sources to provide the tickets included in the travel package. In the event that LC MED LLC is not able to provide tickets ordered, or a reasonably comparable alternative, LC MED LLC will reimburse the traveler an amount equal to the amount paid by the traveler for the tickets purchased but not delivered. This reimbursement will constitute the full and final extent of LC MED LLC’s obligation to the traveler in respect to the non-delivery and any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising there from.

Credit Card Payments
Traveler’s authorization to use his or her credit card number for deposit and/or final payments indicates his complete compliance with our booking terms and conditions, whether or not traveler has actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization of traveler’s credit card confirms traveler’s reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Electronic Funds Transfer are all acceptable forms of payments.

Payment Rules
Please refer to the event specific payment schedules and/or in LC MED LLC’s marketing documents. The initial deposit payment can be made by cash or credit card. All subsequent payments of 500.00 or more must be made by credit card. Late payments are subject to a late payment fee of 3% of the total outstanding balance of the invoice. This fee is automatically assessed at the point where a payment is past due. Payments that are more than 14 days in arrears are subject to immediate cancellation of the entire invoice with no refund GIVEN.

Package Price Changes & Sales
LC MED LLC, we reserve the right to change package pricing for trips during avail. period for booking based on changes in hotel costs, or any additional charges that may fluctuate. Also on any valid promo or sales prices that are offered, coupons or discounts are not retroactive, and are good for 1 time use, per rules of discount. No credit will be offered for prior bookings, nor refunds issued in the event of a higher price paid at time of booking.

Airline Reservations and Changes
LC MED LLC has no affiliation with any airline. Any airline reservations done on a traveler’s behalf by LC MED LLC are subject to the applicable airline rules and regulations, changes and cancellation policies. Traveler is advised to contact their airline 12 hours before departure and again 4 to 6 hours to re-confirm departure time.

Special Needs & Guests needing Accessibility
LC MED LLC asks that all guests make us aware if they are in need of any special assistance based on a medical issue or disability. We will make sure to make whatever necessary accommodations to the extent we are able.

Affiliation
LC MED LLC is not affiliated with any sports team, league, association or organization, unless otherwise stated.

Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of the State of Florida and of the USA where applicable. Any disputes regarding these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively thru mediation in the State of Florida.

We also do not store or capture any customer credit card information, that is all processed via our PCI compliant payment services.
